Move For Your Life
is suitable for everyone, newcomers to tai chi and experienced players alike. Although it’s a fun and easy approach to keeping well, happy and vital, you’ll touch on some detailed practice that empowers you with an understanding of the very heart of the art of tai chi.
The workshop includes Angus’s 21 Tai Chi + Qigong exercises for vitality, an exploration of the 5 Living Movement Core Principles (with solo and partner work) and a thorough look at some tai chi postures.
