The tai chi longsword sword is a subtle and thoroughly enjoyable practice. Its characteristic movements range from clear thrusts to swirling cuts that require deft footwork, flexibility and a lightness of spirit.
It is a practice that asks the player for great balance, a clear focus and a willingness to relax in dynamic movement. The great throughput of energy makes this form especially good for health.
