This is my current favourite and it's absolutely fantastic!! Morning, day or night this wonderful exercise energises, works and refreshes you.
‘Moving with the Current'
Stand comfortably, lift your arms above your head, sit your hips down through your feet (so that your knees are bending) and sway.
That's it!
For as long as you like. 1minute or 20. Breathe fully to make the most of the space in your body. Play music to accompany if you like; or go somewhere peaceful outside.
