It has been said that one of my main skills is in reconnecting individuals with their ‘human’ nature and thereby enabling their organisations to reap the much needed benefit of this – which is that by understanding the organisation as a living organism, a whole new perspective of positive change can take place.
My methods enable people to enjoy simple and effective ways of accessing and applying principles that are as important in today's corporate world as they were thousands of years ago in dynastic China.
Working with the body as metaphor for real life, I facilitate enquiry, using personal moves and interactive partner exercises into themes such as:
• Understanding Change:
as a creative process where core alignment becomes the axis for meeting the certainties and uncertainties of change
• Authentic Leadership:
learning to lead through following where being ‘in touch’ and learning to follow become the foundations for empowered leadership and decision making
• Office Management, Team-Working and Conflict Resolution:
improving essential relationships for a vibrant and healthy company. Based on principles of listening, sensitive direct action and response awareness
• Personal Energy Management:
is about learning to rebalance, restore and maintain energy levels as well as learning practical ways of managing stress.
• Life Skills Learning:
eg public speaking with confidence; accessing command and presence; the importance of eye contact; conflict resolution
