If you are already familiar with (or just want reminding of) the White Crane Qigong then
this is a space and place where you can:

RUN THROUGH THE COMPLETE SEQUENCE
ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SPECIFIC MOVES
(This is not an instructional session on learning the sequence from the beginning)

The White Crane Qigong is a 5 part form that is easy and straightforward to learn. You’ll find that it carries a profound depth and subtlety with the mix of gentle and invigorating moves creating an inspiring practice that strengthens your body, refreshes your mind and lifts your energy levels. The complete 5 part practice takes 15 - 20 minutes to run through. Each 4 minute part is regarded as ‘complete’ in itself. This means that it’s OK to learn just one or two sections initially.
Below you'll see a film of 3 of the 5 parts. When you see these, compared to the static pictures in the book
(Secrets of Qigong) then it comes to life in a much better way.
