Following the success of our 2021 event, we will be back in Porthallow in 2022.
Our Chi By the Sea event with Angus provides an opportunity for you to fill yourself with the good chi of life, with the wonderful moving body arts of tai chi and qigong and the wonderful land and seascape of this part of Cornwall.
Chi By the Sea will be based outside, with Porthallow Village Hall as our daytime hub.
Early mornings, on Saturday and Sunday, will be on the beach for some pre breakfast chi. Later we will walk along the coast, finding places for tuning in to body, mind and the experience of Nature here in this wild and beautiful place.
Please be sure that you are happy and able to walk steep coastal fields and paths.
We shall walk up to a couple of miles each day.

Costs: All sessions plus Fri, Sat and Sun lunch and Fri, Sat supper, provided by Fat Apples Café (costs
to be confirmed). If you would like to book or just find out more please contact Angus for details

Accommodation : Camping is available at the Fat Apples with the option of breakfast also.
Or you may prefer to B&B locally.

Tai Chi Essence
      at Cortijo Romero, Spain
Angus will not be running a course here in 2022

Here, below,  are some photos of Tai Chi Essence at Cortijo Romero. It's a great venue where there's good food, good fun, good company and where you can have the luxury of immersing yourself into the tai chi in an effortless, relaxed kind of way. No previous experience in tai chi / qigong is needed and previous experience is most welcome!
