Jubilee Hall, Chagford, Devon
10am-4pm

A fantastic opportunity to learn one of the most ancient and fundamental tai chi / qigong practices. Its use pre-dates all other tai chi and references to it can be traced back to the 5thC A.D.

Simon Wyard is a truly experienced player with a vast depth of understanding, skill and knowledge and which he’s very good at sharing. He first learned the Tai Chi Ruler in 1991 (after he had been studying tai chi for nearly 20 years) with Master Liu of the Hao style of Tai Chi Chuan.
Simon explains that this workshop will give you the tools to get the most out of your tai chi, which ever style you practice.

It's best to have your own ruler but if you need to borrow one for the purposes of this workshop then let Angus know. He has a limited number that he can lend.
