MONDAY EVENINGS - ONLINE TAI CHI SHORT FORM PRACTICE SESSIONS
​(The Dr. Chi version of the Cheng Man Ching Short Form)

This is an ongoing and open practice session for developing your Short Form. We'll run through key moves, the whole Form sequence and work on any moves and postures that help you deepen your understanding and practice.

PLUS - MONTHLY EXTENDED SESSIONS FOR PUSHING HANDS, LONG FORM AND SWORD FORM

Everyone welcome to join this session, 10.00 - 11.00, to explore the principles of tai chi for personal development and mind-body connection through 'freeing, aligning, focussing, sensing, being'.  You will learn the 'tai chi essence' key moves which lie at the heart of tai chi movement and which raise energy levels, enhance vitality and support wellbeing. This is followed, 11.00 - 11.30  by half an hour of tai chi Short Form for Stamina, Strength and Balance.
