(The Dr. Chi version of the Cheng Man Ching Short Form)
This is an ongoing and open session for practicing the Dr. Chi version of the Cheng Man Ching Short Form. A few warm ups then we run through the Form sequence two or three times, sometimes with time to look at specifics.
