Chi Walks
Chi Walks offer a simple, wholesome experience of being in Nature and welcome you whether you have much or no previous experience in tai chi.
Using the simplicity and natural movement that is tai chi, we walk, pause, immerse ourselves in the feeling of nature. You'll be introduced to key Tai Chi moves that bring you the feeling of life in your body, the feeling of life under your feet, over your head,  inside and all around you. Moves that connect you with the Natural World. Chi Walks are uplifting in every way.

Tai Chi Essence
Down to earth and naturally uplifting, the Tai Chi Essence collection of moves and exercises offers you a profound, solid experience of learning Tai Chi and introduces you to the world of 'attentive and free flowing movement'.
Tai Chi Essence is a gateway for newcomers to the art; a road to new territories for more experienced players; and is also the             place to start if you wish to train to teach/deliver Tai Chi and or Tai Chi based Natural Movement.

Dr. Chi (Cheng Man-Ching) Short Forms
Angus learned this classic Short Form directly from the great man Dr. Chi Chiang Tao.
Dr. Chi was a disciple of Cheng Man-Ching who's original Short Form is famous world wide.

Long Form
the Yang posture sequence is played in the Cheng Man-Ching style and is good for developing stamina.

Sword Form
Angus learned the Tai Chi Longsword (Jian) from Dr. Chi and it's a superb movement practice.
It’s subtle and dynamic with characteristic swirling cuts, thrusts and parries.

White Crane Qigong
This excellent 5 part set takes approximately 20 minutes to play through.
The practice includes a
mix of gentle and invigorating moves, carries a profound depth
and subtlety and is accessible to a wide range of people.

Contact Partner Work - Pushing Hands; San Shou (Tai Chi Dance); Da Lu
It is in the arena of partner work that tai chi comes to life in a whole different way. It's challenging, fun and rewarding.
You learn how the qualities of listening, rooting & following become moves of empowerment.
Discovering and releasing your blocks and resistances becomes your journey.
Openness, flexibility and natural strength become your guides.
With practice, you learn to let go of defensive ideas and begin to find a path to natural strength and resilience.
