Tai Chi Short Form 2025/26
(The Dr. Chi version of the Cheng Man Ching Form)
The Tai Chi Form is at the heart of the movement practice that is Tai Chi.
It's where you release unwanted tensions, develop strength in your legs and flexibility in your body.
You learn to move with poise, grace and balance; you learn about body alignment and frame extension; postural integration and whole body energy; how to relax and release unwanted tensions; how to use minimum effort for maximum efficiency; how to bring your body and your mind together.
