Online Tai Chi Form
Winter, Spring, Summer 2022
(The Dr. Chi version of the Cheng Man Ching Form)

The Tai Chi Form is at the heart of the movement practice that is Tai Chi.
It's where you release unwanted tensions, develop strength in your legs and flexibility in your body.
You learn to move with poise, grace and balance; you learn about body alignment and frame extension; postural integration and whole body energy; how to release particular muscle groups and the unwanted tensions that may be held there; how to use minimum effort for maximum efficiency; how to bring your body and your mind together.
Angus’s books and DVDs give extremely good resource material for the study of the tai chi form.

This is an ongoing and open class for developing your Short Form (the Dr. Chi version of the Cheng Man Ching sequence)
You just need to be reasonably familiar with the moves.
In each session, we'll work with principles, looking at how to integrate these into the moves.
We'll run through key moves, the whole Form sequence and work on any moves and postures that help you deepen your understanding and practice.

Each session is recorded so that you are able to build up a valuable bank of learning material.
I highly recommend purchasing
Tai Chi with Angus Clark either as a download or order the DVD as a companion to your learning of this Tai Chi Form.
