Each person is different but as a guideline, a newcomer to the art would require a minimum of 3 years of dedicated study to reach instructor level. |
Train to deliver Tai Chi based Movement
Not everyone wants or needs to become a tai chi instructor. Health and exercise professionals, or teachers, for instance, can learn how to use the principles of tai chi and qigong effectively within their profession. One of the big advantages of Living Movement is that it follows a ‘principles’ approach rather than being techniques orientated. This means that it is accessible to a wide range of people; is fun and easy to learn; is safe because people go at their own pace and in their own way. |
